This licence is part of the Terms of Service (see its sections 10 and 18). Conduct rules are in Acceptable Use Policy; refunds are in Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. What you are buying
1.1 When you buy a Course from Money Trading Academy LLC ("MTA"), you are buying a personal licence to use the Materials for your own learning. You are not buying the Materials themselves, and you acquire no ownership of them.
1.2 "Materials" means everything MTA makes available for a Course or included with a Membership — PDF documents, written materials, worksheets, spreadsheets, slides, images, charts, videos, recordings, the Money Level Signal indicator software, and the content of live sessions.
1.3 MTA (or its licensors) owns all Materials and all intellectual property in them, including MTA's methodology, the price levels and zones it identifies, and the way it teaches them. All rights not expressly granted below are reserved.
2. The licence MTA grants you
2.1 Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service, MTA grants you a licence that is:
- personal — for you, one named individual, and nobody else;
- non-exclusive;
- non-transferable and non-assignable — you cannot sell, give, lend, rent or leave it to anyone;
- non-sublicensable;
- revocable — MTA may end it under section 6 or under Terms of Service section 16;
- limited to accessing and viewing the Materials through MTA's Site, and using them for your own personal, non-commercial study and your own trading.
2.2 You may make reasonable personal notes from the Materials, and use what you learn in your own trading.
2.3 Where a Material is provided as a downloadable file (for example a PDF), you may keep a copy for your own personal use on devices you control. This does not give you the right to share it — every restriction in section 3 still applies to a downloaded copy.
2.4 The licence is for one person. A Course purchase does not cover a spouse, family member, friend, colleague, employee, trading group, company, or anyone else. Each person needs their own account and their own purchase.
3. What you must not do
3.1 Do not share the Materials with anyone. That includes sending, forwarding, uploading, posting, printing and handing over, publishing, streaming, mirroring, or making them available on any drive, chat group, forum, social platform, file host, torrent, marketplace or website.
3.2 Do not sell, resell, rent, license, sublicense or otherwise commercialize the Materials or access to them.
3.3 Do not share your account. Your login, your session, your live-session join links and your indicator access key are yours alone. Do not let anyone else use your account, and do not use anyone else's.
3.4 Do not record, screen-capture, film, transcribe, stream or re-transmit a live session, in whole or in part, without MTA's prior written permission.
3.5 Do not copy the Materials beyond your own personal use, and do not create derivative works, adaptations, translations, summaries or repackaged versions of them for anyone other than yourself.
3.6 Do not teach, coach, publish, broadcast or sell using MTA's Materials or methodology, and do not use them to provide signals, advice, mentoring or a service to anyone else, whether paid or free.
3.7 Do not use the Materials to train, fine-tune, or build any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model or dataset, and do not submit them to any service that does so.
3.8 Do not remove, obscure or alter any copyright notice, watermark, identifier or other marking in or on any Material.
3.9 Do not circumvent, disable or interfere with any access control, including the scheduled release of Materials, signed or expiring file links, session gating, or the indicator's machine binding. Do not attempt to reach a Material before it is released to you, and do not share a file link MTA issued to you — those links are short-lived and personal, and passing one on is sharing the Material (section 3.1).
3.10 Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt or attempt to derive the source code of the Money Level Signal indicator, and do not attempt to replicate its data feed or connect to MTA's servers with anything other than the indicator MTA supplied, except to the extent this restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.
3.11 Do not scrape, bulk-download, crawl or automate access to the Materials or the Site.
3.12 Do not claim or imply that you are affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by MTA, and do not use MTA's name, logo or brand in your own marketing, without MTA's prior written permission.
3.13 Each of the above is a violation of the Terms of Service.
4. Delivery, format and schedule
4.1 Format. Written Course Materials are currently delivered as PDF documents made available in your account, together with live sessions taught over Zoom. MTA may change the format of any Material at its discretion, including adding video.
4.2 Scheduled release. A Course is an ordered sequence of items — Live Sessions and Materials interleaved — and a Class gives each item its own date and time (Eastern Time). An item becomes available when its scheduled time passes, and not before. The schedule belongs to the Class, not to you: it is not measured from the date you joined or paid, and paying does not release everything at once.
4.2.1 You may see the whole schedule, including items that have not been released — what is coming and when. Seeing that an item is scheduled is not access to it, and attempting to reach an item before its release is a violation of section 3.9.
4.3 If you join a Class after it has started, the items already released become available to you immediately, and you then follow the same schedule as everyone else in that Class.
4.3.1 MTA may change any scheduled date at its discretion, before or after a Class starts.
4.4 Access requires an approved account, a Seat in that Class, completed payment, and the release date having passed. Open Courses require only an approved account and payment. See Terms of Service section 10.4.
4.5 You are responsible for your own device, software and internet connection. MTA does not warrant that any Material will work on any particular device or configuration.
4.6 MTA may identify Materials individually — including by embedding your name, email address, account identifier, or another marker into a copy issued to you — so that a leaked copy can be traced. Removing or altering such an identifier is a violation of these terms (section 3.8).
5. How long your access lasts — no promise of permanent access
5.1 MTA currently makes purchased Course Materials available to you for an indefinite period after purchase.
5.2 MTA EXPRESSLY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT THE PERIOD OF ACCESS, including limiting access to the period of the Class plus a grace period, or to any other reasonable period, for reasons including the cost of delivering content.
5.3 NOTHING IN THIS LICENCE OR ANYWHERE ELSE PROMISES LIFETIME, PERPETUAL, PERMANENT OR "FOREVER" ACCESS. No MTA marketing, page, email or conversation should say otherwise; if any does, this document controls.
5.4 Where MTA applies a limit to a Course you have already bought, MTA will give you reasonable advance notice so that you can complete your study.
5.5 Access may also end because MTA discontinued a Material, changed a platform, or lost the right to use third-party content in it. MTA will try to provide a replacement but does not undertake to do so.
5.6 Loss of access under this section does not create a refund right except under Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Misuse — what MTA will do
6.1 MTA may restrict, suspend or withdraw your access to any or all Materials where it identifies misuse, including copyright violation, piracy, unlawful distribution, account sharing, circumvention of access controls, or any breach of section 3.
6.2 MTA may act immediately where the misuse is ongoing or where delay would cause further distribution, and will notify you by email. You may contact moneytradingacademy.infra@gmail.com for more information and to appeal — see Terms of Service section 16.
6.3 A breach of section 3 is a violation of the Terms of Service and is therefore grounds for a Block. Your purchases are retained on your account and may be restored if access is reinstated; a Block does not by itself create a refund right — Refund & Cancellation Policy section 7 governs.
6.4 MTA also reserves every remedy available to it in law and equity, including injunctive relief without first completing the informal-resolution or arbitration steps — see Terms of Service section 23.7 — and recovery of the damages caused by unauthorized distribution.
6.5 You will indemnify MTA for losses caused by your unauthorized sharing or distribution of Materials — see Terms of Service section 22.
7. If MTA stops operating
7.1 If MTA ceases to operate the Site or the business, MTA may — at its sole discretion — make Materials available to customers who bought them, in whatever form and by whatever means MTA considers practical at the time.
7.2 This is a right MTA reserves, not an obligation it undertakes. MTA does not promise it, cannot be required to do it, and you should not buy on the expectation of it.
7.3 Nothing in this section extends the licence in section 2 or permits redistribution.
8. Live sessions
8.1 Live-session access is part of the licence and is subject to every restriction above, in particular section 3.3 (no sharing) and section 3.4 (no recording).
8.2 MTA may cancel, reschedule, shorten, suspend, modify, limit or discontinue any session — see Terms of Service section 11.
8.3 MTA may record its own sessions and may make a recording available at its discretion. No recording is promised, and any recording MTA does provide is licensed on the same terms as any other Material.
8.4 MTA may remove any participant from a session under Acceptable Use Policy.
9. The indicator licence
9.1 The Money Level Signal indicator is licensed, not sold, on the same personal, non-transferable, revocable basis as section 2, for as long as you hold the product or Membership that includes it.
9.2 Your access key is bound to one machine the first time it is used. Using it on another machine requires MTA's help; attempting to use one key on multiple machines, or sharing a key, is a violation of these terms.
9.3 The indicator runs inside third-party trading software. MTA does not warrant that software, your data feed, or your broker, and does not support them.
9.4 Section 3.10 (no reverse engineering) applies. MTA's methodology and the levels it produces are confidential trade secrets of MTA.

10. Copyright complaints and reporting leaks
10.1 If you find MTA Materials published anywhere without permission, please tell MTA at moneytradingacademy.infra@gmail.com.
10.2 If you believe Material on MTA's Site infringes your copyright, contact moneytradingacademy.infra@gmail.com with the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) — see Terms of Service section 18.5.
11. Feedback
11.1 If you send MTA suggestions about a Course, MTA may use them freely and without obligation to you. You are not required to send any.
12. End of the licence
12.1 The licence ends if MTA withdraws it under section 6, if your access is Blocked under Terms of Service section 16, if a time limit under section 5 expires, or if you are refunded for that purchase.
12.2 When the licence ends, you must stop using the Materials and delete any copies you hold, including downloaded files and personal backups. Personal notes in your own words are yours to keep.
12.3 Sections 1, 3, 6, 9.4, 10 and 12 survive the end of the licence.
12.4 Your purchase record is retained even after a Block, so access can be restored — see Terms of Service section 16.5.
