Risk Disclosure & Trading Disclaimer

Document: Risk Disclosure & Trading Disclaimer · Version: 1.0.0 · Effective date: 2026-08-20

This document is part of the Terms of Service (see its sections 8 and 20) and applies to everything Money Trading Academy LLC ("MTA") provides.

1. Read this first

MTA SELLS EDUCATION. MTA DOES NOT GIVE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT OR TRADING ADVICE.

TRADING FUTURES INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE. YOU CAN LOSE MORE THAN THE MONEY YOU DEPOSIT. ONLY RISK CAPITAL SHOULD BE USED.

MTA MAKES NO GUARANTEE OF ANY PROFIT OR RESULT. PAST RESULTS DO NOT INDICATE FUTURE RESULTS.

EVERY TRADING DECISION YOU MAKE IS YOUR OWN, AND YOU BEAR THE ENTIRE RISK OF IT.

1.1 If you do not accept this, do not buy anything from MTA and do not attend MTA's sessions.

2. What MTA actually provides

2.1 MTA provides education and market commentary about futures markets. That consists of:

  • courses — written and recorded educational Materials on trading concepts and method;
  • live sessions — a one-way broadcast in which an instructor discusses the markets in real time, including news, events, technical analysis, and price levels the instructor identifies. Attendees do not speak, there is no question-and-answer segment, and every attendee receives the same content; and
  • the Money Level Signal indicator — software that draws price levels on your own charting platform. Every subscriber's copy draws the same levels. The indicator does not compute anything about you.

2.2 All of it is educational and informational. It is provided so that you can learn and form your own judgment.

2.2.1 WHAT MTA DOES NOT SELL, AT ALL. MTA does not offer, and will not provide:

  • one-on-one or individualized sessions, coaching, mentoring or consultations — MTA has none, has never sold them, and does not plan to;
  • trade signals, alerts or calls issued to you individually;
  • managed accounts, copy trading, or any arrangement in which MTA trades for you;
  • any opinion about your account, your positions, your size, or whether a particular trade suits you.

2.2.2 There is no channel through which MTA gives individualized advice — not in a session, not by email, not by message, and not in any community group. If you ask a question about your own position, MTA will either not answer it or will answer it generally, as teaching. A general answer is not advice about your situation, however directly it seems to respond to it.

2.3 MTA does not provide, and nothing MTA provides should be understood as:

  • financial, investment, trading, securities, commodities, legal, tax or accounting advice;
  • a recommendation, offer, solicitation or inducement to buy, sell or hold any futures contract, security, or other instrument;
  • a personalized opinion about whether any strategy, instrument, position size or trade is suitable for you; or
  • portfolio, account or risk management of any kind.

2.4 MTA does not know your financial circumstances, your objectives, your risk tolerance, your tax position, your account size, or your other holdings — and nothing MTA says is tailored to them. Everything MTA publishes or says is general in nature and directed at a general audience.

3. MTA is not your adviser, broker or fiduciary

3.1 MTA is not registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and is not a member of the National Futures Association (NFA). MTA is not a commodity pool operator, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank, or fiduciary of any kind, and does not hold itself out as any of them. MTA does not manage, direct or have any trading authority over any customer account, does not execute or place trades for customers, and does not provide advice tailored to any individual customer's account, positions or circumstances.

3.2 No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created between you and MTA by buying a course, attending a session, subscribing, using the indicator, or communicating with MTA staff.

3.3 MTA's instructors are speaking as educators, not as your adviser. Nothing an instructor or any member of MTA's staff says — in a live session, in writing, by email, by message, or in any community group — is advice, however it is phrased and however specific it sounds. No member of MTA's staff has authority to give you trading advice, and any statement that reads like advice is outside their authority and does not bind MTA.

3.4 If you want advice about your own situation, consult a licensed financial professional, a registered investment adviser or commodity trading advisor, and a tax professional, who can consider your circumstances and who owes you a duty MTA does not.

4. Risk disclosure — trading futures

4.1 Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. It is speculative, it is leveraged, and it is not suitable for everyone.

4.2 Leverage works both ways. A small movement in the market can produce a large gain or a large loss relative to your deposit. You can lose your entire deposit, and you can lose more than your deposit — you may be required to deposit additional funds at short notice, and you remain liable for a deficit in your account.

4.3 Only use risk capital — money you can afford to lose entirely without affecting your lifestyle, obligations, or financial security. Never trade with money you need, with borrowed money, with retirement savings, or with funds belonging to anyone else.

4.4 Other risks you accept when you trade include, without limitation:

  • market risk — prices can move violently, gap, and move against you overnight or between sessions;
  • liquidity risk — you may not be able to enter or exit at the price you want, or at all;
  • volatility around news — economic releases and unexpected events can cause instant, large moves;
  • execution and slippage risk — your fill may differ materially from the price you saw;
  • stop-loss orders may not limit your loss to the intended amount, and may be filled at a worse price or not at all in a fast market;
  • technology risk — your platform, broker, data feed, internet connection, computer or power may fail at the worst possible moment;
  • broker and counterparty risk — including your broker's own failure;
  • your own conduct — over-trading, over-sizing, revenge trading, and abandoning your plan are the most common causes of loss and are entirely within your control, not MTA's.

4.5 Consider whether trading futures is appropriate for you in light of your circumstances, experience, and financial resources — before you risk any money.

4.6 Your broker is required to give you risk disclosure documents. Read them. Nothing here replaces them.

5. No guarantees, and no promise of results

5.1 MTA does not guarantee any profit, income, return, win rate, level of accuracy, or any other result — not from a course, not from a live session, not from the indicator, and not from any level, zone, opinion or method MTA discusses.

5.2 PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. Any past result — MTA's, an instructor's, a student's, or a market's — tells you nothing reliable about the future.

5.3 A method that worked does not have to keep working. Markets change. Conditions that made a level, a pattern or an approach useful can disappear without notice.

5.4 Most people who trade futures lose money. MTA makes no claim that its students perform better than average, and publishes no such claim.

5.5 MTA makes no earnings claim of any kind. If anyone — including a member of MTA's community, an affiliate, or anyone claiming to represent MTA — tells you that MTA's education produces a particular income or return, that statement is not authorized by MTA and you should not rely on it. Please report it to moneytradingacademy.infra@gmail.com.

6. Hypothetical, simulated and back-tested results

6.1 Any example, chart annotation, back-test, replay, walk-through, or simulated trade MTA shows is illustrative and hypothetical. It is used to teach a concept, not to represent what anyone earned.

6.2 HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN INHERENT LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, BECAUSE THE TRADES HAVE NOT ACTUALLY BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.

6.3 Examples shown after the fact benefit from hindsight. Reviewing a chart when the outcome is already known is not the same as trading it in real time, and MTA's teaching examples should not be read as a claim that the outcome was obvious or repeatable.

6.4 Where MTA discusses a level, zone or setup before the market resolves it, that is an opinion at that moment. It is not a prediction and not a recommendation to act.

7. The Live Daily Analysis and other live sessions

7.1 In a live session an instructor discusses the market in real time, including price levels the instructor considers significant, news, ongoing events, and technical analysis. The session is a one-way broadcast: the instructor presents and attendees do not speak. There is no participant audio, no live question-and-answer segment, and no channel inside the session through which MTA replies to one attendee.

7.2 This is live commentary and opinion, delivered to a general audience. It is not a signal service, not a trade recommendation, and not advice about your account. The instructor is not telling you to take any trade. Because the session is one-way, every attendee hears exactly the same thing — nothing in it is, or can be, tailored to you.

7.3 Opinions expressed in a session are held at that moment and may change without notice, including within the same session.

7.4 Levels, zones and observations discussed are the instructor's own analysis. They may be wrong. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, to hold, or to produce any result.

7.5 If you act on something discussed in a session, you are acting on your own decision. You are responsible for your entry, your exit, your position size, your risk, and your outcome.

7.6 Sessions may be cancelled, rescheduled, shortened or discontinued at MTA's discretion — see Terms of Service section 11. Do not build a trading plan that depends on a session happening.

7.7 MTA does not take questions in a session. Where MTA answers a question anywhere else — by email, by message, or in a community group — the answer is education, not advice, even when the question was about your own account, and MTA will keep it general for exactly that reason. Treating a general answer as permission to take a trade is your decision and your risk.

7.8 Community groups are members talking to each other, not MTA advising them. Where MTA hosts a group for its members, anything another member says there is that member's own statement. It is not MTA's, MTA does not endorse it, MTA does not verify it, and MTA is not responsible for it or for anything that happens to you because you acted on it. Another student is not a licensed professional either, and Acceptable Use Policy section 5 prohibits members from managing money for, or trading for, each other. MTA's own messages in such a group are operational — access, payments, session notices — and are never advice.

8. The Money Level Signal indicator

8.1 The indicator is software that draws price levels on your chart in your own trading platform. It is a tool for study and reference.

8.2 A level drawn by the indicator is not a signal to buy or sell, is not a recommendation, and carries no prediction. The name "signal" describes how the data reaches your chart, not a recommendation to act.

8.3 MTA does not guarantee that the indicator's levels are accurate, timely, complete, or useful, and does not guarantee that the indicator will function without error or interruption. Levels are delivered over the internet through third-party software and may be delayed, missing, stale, duplicated or wrong.

8.4 The indicator does not place, modify or close trades, does not connect to your broker, and cannot manage risk for you.

8.5 You are responsible for your trading platform, its configuration, your data feed, and your broker. MTA does not support them and is not responsible for them.

8.6 Do not rely on the indicator as your sole basis for a decision, and do not assume that a level appearing on your chart means anything about what price will do next.

8.7 The indicator is licensed, not sold — see Course & Content Licence and Terms of Service section 18.

9. Course Materials

9.1 Course Materials teach concepts, method and process. They are not a system that produces profits, and MTA does not represent that following them will make you money.

9.2 Materials may become out of date. Markets, platforms, brokers, contract specifications and MTA's own views change. MTA is not obliged to update any Material.

9.3 Materials may contain errors, typographical mistakes, and simplifications made for teaching. Please report anything that looks wrong to moneytradingacademy.infra@gmail.com.

10. Your decisions are your own

10.1 You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their consequences — what you trade, when, at what size, with what risk, and whether you trade at all.

10.2 MTA never accepts, holds, manages, invests or has access to your money. MTA does not open, fund, control or trade any account for you, does not take custody of assets, does not accept deposits, and will never ask you to send money for trading. If anyone claiming to be MTA asks you to send trading funds, it is a fraud — report it to moneytradingacademy.infra@gmail.com.

10.3 MTA does not share in your profits and does not compensate you for your losses.

10.4 Before you risk money, consider practising in a simulated account, and consider seeking advice from a licensed professional (section 3.4).

11. No offer or solicitation

11.1 Nothing MTA provides is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any futures contract, security, option, or other instrument, in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful.

11.2 MTA's education is offered to customers in the United States. MTA makes no representation that its education is appropriate or lawful for use anywhere else, and you are responsible for complying with the law where you are.

12. Third parties

12.1 MTA's education refers to third-party markets, data, exchanges, brokers, and software — including the trading platform the indicator runs in. MTA does not control any of them, does not endorse them, and is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, conduct, fees, or failures.

12.2 Market data MTA discusses or displays may come from third-party sources. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. MTA does not warrant it.

12.3 Where MTA mentions a broker, platform, tool or vendor, it is for information only and is not a recommendation. Do your own diligence.

12.4 MTA does not receive compensation for referring you to a broker unless MTA tells you it does.

13. Testimonials and other people's results

13.1 Any testimonial, review, comment, screenshot or result from another student is that person's own statement about their own experience. It is not a guarantee, a promise, or a typical result.

13.2 Individual results vary enormously, and depend on factors MTA does not control — capital, risk tolerance, discipline, market conditions, and time spent.

13.3 MTA does not pay for testimonials.

13.4 MTA does not publish, and does not authorize anyone to publish on its behalf, any claim about typical earnings from its education.

14. Forward-looking statements

14.1 Statements about what the market "should," "could" or "may" do, about levels "holding" or "breaking," or about what MTA expects, are forward-looking opinions. They are inherently uncertain and frequently wrong. Do not treat them as fact or as a prediction.

15. Accuracy, errors and interruptions

15.1 MTA tries to be accurate but does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or usefulness of anything it provides, including levels, zones, commentary, Materials and indicator output.

15.2 MTA may correct, change or withdraw anything at any time without notice.

15.3 MTA is not liable for any decision you make, or fail to make, because information was wrong, late, missing, unavailable, or interrupted — including where a live session is cancelled, the indicator is offline, the Site is down, or a third-party service fails. See Terms of Service sections 17, 20 and 21.

16. Assumption of risk and release

16.1 By buying from MTA, attending a session, or using the indicator or any Material, you accept that you do so at your own risk and that you assume full responsibility for your trading and its outcomes. You accept the risks described in section 4 knowingly and voluntarily, having had the opportunity to read this document before you paid.

16.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release MTA and its owners, officers, employees, instructors and contractors from any claim, liability, loss or damage arising out of or relating to your trading decisions, your trading losses, or your reliance on anything MTA provided — whether or not the information was accurate, whether or not it was delivered on time or at all, and whether or not MTA could have anticipated the loss. This release covers claims you know about now and claims you do not, and it applies however the claim is framed, including negligence.

16.2.1 NO RELIANCE. You agree that you are not relying on MTA's education, commentary, levels, opinions or indicator output as the basis for any trading decision, and that you will form your own judgment and take your own professional advice (section 3.4). See Terms of Service section 8.5.

16.3 The limitation of liability in Terms of Service section 21, and the indemnity in its section 22, apply to everything in this document.

16.4 Nothing in this document excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or willful misconduct. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

17. Where this disclaimer applies

17.1 This document applies to everything MTA provides, everywhere it appears — the Site, courses, Materials, live sessions, the indicator, email, messages, social media, marketing, and anything MTA staff say — whether or not this document is reproduced alongside it.

17.2 MTA does not reproduce this disclaimer's text elsewhere on the Site. A link to this document is sufficient wherever the Site, marketing, or checkout flow needs to reference it — the full text lives here, in the Terms of Service (which incorporates it), and in the acknowledgement collected under 17.3, and nowhere else.

17.3 MTA asks you to accept this document as part of the Terms of Service at sign-up, and records that acceptance (see Terms of Service section 19.3).
