Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service (see its section 15).
1. Scope
1.1 This policy applies to everything you do with MTA: the Site, your account, Course Materials, live sessions, the Money Level Signal indicator, MTA's community and support channels, and any communication with MTA staff or other students.
1.2 Breaching this policy is a violation of the Terms of Service and is therefore grounds for the actions in section 10.
1.3 It applies to anything done through your account, whether you did it or someone using your account did.
2. Be truthful
2.1 Everything you tell MTA must be true and complete — your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and any optional information you provide, in your application, your profile, and in support requests.
2.2 Submitting false, misleading or incomplete information is a violation of the Terms. It is grounds for denying your application, and for a Block — which means losing access to all Materials and products you hold that are not eligible for a refund under Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2.3 In particular:
- do not misstate your date of birth, and do not attempt to pass MTA's 18+ age requirement if you are under 18 (Terms of Service section 3);
- do not apply under someone else's name, or on someone else's behalf;
- do not use a false or disposable identity to obtain access; and
- do not misrepresent your eligibility for a discount (Discount & Promotion Terms section 7).
2.4 Keep your information current. If your email address changes, update it — MTA's notices are effective when sent to the address on your account.
3. Your account is yours alone
3.1 One person, one account. Do not create a second account, and do not create an account for anyone else.
3.2 Do not share your login, your password, your live-session join links, the file links MTA issues you, or your indicator access key with anyone. Do not use anyone else's account.
3.3 Do not let another person watch, attend or study MTA's Materials through your access. Each person needs their own purchase — see Course & Content Licence section 2.4.
3.4 Do not sell, rent, lend, transfer or advertise your account, your Seat, or your access.
3.5 Keep your credentials secure, and tell MTA at moneytradingacademy.infra@gmail.com immediately if you think someone else has used your account.
3.6 If you were Blocked, do not create a new account to get back in. Appeal instead (section 10.4).
4. Do not copy, share or redistribute MTA's content
4.1 The full rules are in Course & Content Licence section 3. In summary, and without repeating it all: do not share, publish, post, upload, sell, resell, stream, mirror or otherwise redistribute any Material, and do not record, screen-capture, film, transcribe or re-transmit a live session without MTA's prior written permission.
4.2 Do not use MTA's Materials or methodology to teach, coach, publish, signal or sell to anyone else.
4.3 Do not remove, obscure or alter any copyright notice, watermark or identifier.
4.4 Do not use MTA's Materials to train or build any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model.
4.5 If you are asked to share Material by anyone — including another student — the answer is no. Please tell MTA at moneytradingacademy.infra@gmail.com.
5. Conduct in live sessions and community spaces
5.1 MTA's sessions are a small, curated learning environment. Behave the way you would in a classroom you paid to be in. Note that a Live Session is a one-way broadcast — attendees do not speak and there is no question-and-answer segment (Terms of Service section 11.1.1) — so most of what follows bites in the community group rather than in the session itself.
5.2 Do not:
- harass, threaten, abuse, demean or discriminate against anyone — including the instructor, staff, or other students — on any basis, in a session, in a community group, in support contact, or anywhere else;
- disrupt a session — inappropriate display names, attempting to unmute or screen-share, or any attempt to obtain or force a channel the session does not offer;
- record a session (section 4.1);
- admit, invite or bring anyone else into a session;
- post or display sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content;
- advertise, promote, solicit or recruit — for your own business, another educator, a broker, a prop-firm offer, a signal service, an affiliate scheme, a fund, a "copy my trades" arrangement, or any investment opportunity;
- ask other students for money, offer to manage their money, or offer to trade for them;
- impersonate MTA, MTA's staff, an instructor, or another student;
- share another student's personal information, or anything they said in a session, outside the session;
- share screenshots or recordings of other participants; or
- use MTA's channels to distribute malware, phishing links, or scams.
5.3 Do not present yourself as affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by MTA. Completing a Course does not make you an MTA instructor, representative or affiliate.
5.4 Do not make earnings claims on MTA's behalf. Do not tell anyone — in a session, in a testimonial, or anywhere else — that MTA's education produces a particular income or return. See Risk Disclosure & Trading Disclaimer section 5.5.
5.5 MTA may remove any participant from a session, or from a community group, immediately where their conduct is disruptive, and may follow up under section 10.
5.6 Do not give another member trading advice dressed up as certainty, and do not act on another member's. A community group is members talking to each other. MTA does not advise there, does not verify what is said there, and is not responsible for it — see Risk Disclosure & Trading Disclaimer section 7.8. Managing money for, signalling to, or trading for another member is prohibited outright by section 8.1.
5.7 Do not ask MTA's staff for advice on your own position. MTA gives none, anywhere (see Risk Disclosure & Trading Disclaimer sections 2.2.1–2.2.2), and a staff member declining to answer is not poor service — it is the rule.
6. Do not attack or abuse the systems
6.1 Do not:
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download or automate access to the Site or the Materials;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with any access control, including the scheduled content release, expiring file links, payment gating, session gating, rate limits, or the indicator's machine binding;
- attempt to reach content that has not been released to you, or that you have not paid for;
- probe, scan or test the Site's security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, database or system;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the indicator, or connect to MTA's servers with anything other than the software MTA supplied;
- overload the service — excessive requests, denial-of-service, or deliberately evading rate limits;
- upload or transmit malware, or anything designed to damage or interfere with the Site or other users;
- use MTA's systems to send spam or unsolicited messages; or
- remove or alter anything MTA's systems record about your account, purchases, progress or consent.
6.2 Security research. If you find a vulnerability, report it to moneytradingacademy.infra@gmail.com and do not exploit it, do not access anyone else's data, and do not disclose it publicly until MTA has had a reasonable opportunity to fix it.
7. Payment conduct
7.1 Do not:
- use a payment method you are not authorized to use, or commit any payment fraud;
- file a chargeback for a purchase that is not refundable under Refund & Cancellation Policy instead of contacting moneytradingacademy.infra@gmail.com first;
- misuse a discount code (see Discount & Promotion Terms section 7);
- create additional accounts to reuse an offer, evade a limit, or obtain a refund twice; or
- attempt to alter, intercept or tamper with a payment amount, a checkout session, or MTA's payment webhooks.
7.2 The amount payable is the amount MTA states, and MTA's records of what you paid govern — see Terms of Service section 9.3. If you are shown or asked for an unexpected amount, report it; do not try to change it.
7.3 Pay for what you hold. Not paying for a Seat you were given, after MTA has asked you to, is a violation of the Terms. MTA may remove an unpaid Seat and free it for someone else. This does not Block your account and does not affect anything you have paid for.
7.4 Do not misuse MTA's support. Repeated abusive, threatening or deliberately vexatious contact with MTA's staff is a violation of the Terms.
8. Use MTA's education lawfully
8.1 Do not use anything MTA provides to advise, manage money for, or trade on behalf of, any other person, or to operate a signal service, a fund, a pool, or a copy-trading arrangement — whether paid or free. If you intend to do any of that, get your own legal advice and your own registrations; MTA's education does not qualify or authorize you.
8.2 Do not use MTA's Site, Materials or channels for anything unlawful, including market manipulation, fraud, or any activity prohibited where you are.
8.3 Do not use MTA's name, brand or logo in your own marketing without written permission (Course & Content Licence section 3.12).
8A. This policy is not limited to MTA's own platforms
8A.1 Where your conduct concerns MTA, this policy applies wherever you do it — on the Site, in a session, in a community group, and equally on social media, on a forum, on a file host, in a marketplace, or in private contact with another student.
8A.2 So, for example, publishing MTA's Materials on a platform MTA does not run, harassing another student privately, or making earnings claims about MTA elsewhere, are violations of these Terms even though none of them happens on MTA's Site.
8A.3 MTA does not police your life. This section reaches conduct that concerns MTA, its Materials, its staff, or its students — and nothing else.
9. Reporting a problem
9.1 Report anything in this policy to moneytradingacademy.infra@gmail.com — leaked Materials, an account being shared, harassment in a session, a scam, or an impersonation of MTA.
9.2 Report security issues to moneytradingacademy.infra@gmail.com (section 6.2).
9.3 MTA does not retaliate against anyone for making a good-faith report.
10. What MTA does about violations
10.1 MTA may investigate suspected violations, and may review its own records of your account, purchases, progress, access and consent while doing so.
10.2 MTA may act in any of the following ways, in any combination and at its discretion, proportionate to what happened:
- a warning;
- removing you from a live session;
- restricting or withdrawing access to a Material (see Course & Content Licence section 6);
- removing you from a Class — which frees the Seat and does not affect your Site access;
- suspending or Blocking your account, revoking Site access; and
- reporting unlawful conduct to the authorities, and pursuing any legal remedy — including injunctive relief for the unauthorized distribution of Materials without first completing informal resolution or arbitration (Terms of Service section 23.7).
10.3 MTA will notify you by email when it denies, suspends or Blocks your access, and will say that the ground is a violation of the Terms of Service.
10.4 You may contact moneytradingacademy.infra@gmail.com for more information and to appeal. MTA will review your appeal and respond, and may reinstate access at its discretion.
10.5 Your purchases are retained. A Block does not cancel or delete what you bought; products stay recorded on your account and are restored if MTA reinstates your access. Your former place in a Class is not restored. See Terms of Service sections 16.5 to 16.7.
10.6 A Block does not by itself create a refund right, and does not by itself remove one. Refund eligibility is decided only under Refund & Cancellation Policy, on the same conditions that would apply if you had chosen to leave.
10.7 MTA's decision not to act on a violation, or to act less severely, does not waive its right to act on that or any other violation later.
